Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our greatest reward. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply send a request to info@adnmaja.com within 14 days of delivery. Remember to mention your order number in the email title and our team will help you as soon as we can.

Please note the item should be returned in same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Sale and personalized orders are final and not eligible for return. 

  • Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping varies based on your location. Any return shipping fee will be deducted directly from your refund.

  • Refund Process

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to process. We’ll send an email once the returned item has been received and your refund has been processed. You will receive the refund in your original form of payment deducting the shipping fee if any.

Please note original shipping costs are non-refundable. Duties and taxes are non-refundable if any.

You can also choose to get a refund in store credit, in which case we will cover all shipping and processing costs.

  • Damaged or Defective Items

All MAJA leather goods are crafted by hand. While defects are uncommon, they may occasionally occur.

We take great pride in the quality of our products, and we offer a 3-month warranty on all leather items. To initiate a claim, email our customer service team at info@adnmaja.com. Be sure to include your order confirmation number and photos showing the product from all angles (front, back, sides, bottom, and interior).

If your item is damaged during shipping or shows defects in materials or craftsmanship within 3 months of delivery, we will arrange for repairs at our cost. If a repair isn't possible, we will replace the item. You can also choose to get a refund in store credit, in which case we will cover all shipping and processing costs.

Please note, this warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, fires, floods, or natural disasters, cleaning products or chemicals, contact with sharp or abrasive objects, human fluids, stains, pet damage, improper use, normal wear and tear, or modifications by third parties.
